The user experience is centered around mood tracking, and goal-oriented, tailored conversations. The Waterloo Wellington region has purchased unlimited licensing for a year, available through the referral code “Ontario” once downloaded on any Smartphone.

  • 10% Happier (https://www.tenpercent.com/) - Great App with excellent videos on various wellness topics and courses. They have a free coronavirus sanity guide with updated live talks! The full app is free for healthcare providers for 6 months. For everyone else there is a free 7 day trial (but the coronavirus sanity guide is free for everyone).

    MindShift helps users learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and identify active steps that will help take charge of the anxiety. This app includes strategies to deal with everyday anxiety, as well as specific tools to tackle

Includes an anxiety tracking tool, relaxation instruction, anxiety treatment guidance, and a community to interact with. There are also interactive relaxation features to learn how to better manage emotions and physical reactions to them

Made specifically for people experiencing panic disorders. The app uses cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to help users reframe their destructive thought patterns that may lead to or worsen their anxiety

    •    What’s up? (iTunes, Android)
This app uses CBT to train people who experience anxiety how to identify negative thinking patterns and the sources of anxiety. It features breathing techniques, habit and anxiety trackers, positive quotes, forums, and even a game
